Refund & Cancellation
Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. We have a partial refund policy by which it is counted from the first day of boosting to the 7th day ever since purchase.
Partial refund will be counted as your total amount of order minus on which day you submit for a refund or cancellation proposal and how many days we have worked on your order.
For Example:
You have bought a 50$ boosting service packages and wanted to stop the service by the third day, that means, you will receive a partial refund, as being calculated:
$50 – (50$ x 3 days/7 days) =
$70 – $21 = $29 (Partial amount of refund that you will receive)
Our refund and cancellation Policy can not be applied on completed orders.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us at help@supergotrainers.com with a subject as to cancel your service.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your refund proposal is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your cancel proposal. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace orders for services that do not meet the time of delivery as stated. If you need to exchange it for different services on the same or less rate that you have paid, send us an email at help@supergotrainers.com to claim this Exchange. 15 days Refund policy is still however applied in our Exchange policy.
This also applied as to changing your given account in service if by any means your account is in any kind of problem that we unfortunately. We will directly email you to notify the problem that you may want to change account or services. Your order’s process will then be continued after a settlement between both parties has been talked through completely.
