- We will keep doing the service every single day until we catch you one of the Galarian Birds or the one that you want.
- Do not use your Daily Incense, or we won’t be able to work for the day that you use the Daily Incense.

- This service doesn’t guarantee a fast catch on Galarian Birds, but we can guarantee that with our working method, your chance of finding Galarian Birds is way better since we know how to maximize the Pokemon spawn from the Daily Incense.
- Please be advised that Galarian Birds catch rate is only 2%, even with Ultra Ball + Golden Razz Berry, we can only increase it to 12%. This very low catch rate is not the only reason as to why that this service can take a very long time, the spawn rate for the Galarian Birds is also ridiculously low. If you’re looking for a specific one, it means that the chance would be 1/3 of the already low spawn rate of the Birds. - For the time being, only Stage 1 and and Stage 2 service can be ordered. Stage 3 and 4 will be updated approximately 30 days from now. One of the tasks in Stage 2 will require to play at least 30 days since you finished Stage 1.
- If you order ‘Stage 2’, or is included in your order, we will get your buddy excited without Poffin and get them at least 20 hearts every day for 30 days (You’ll reach Best Buddy in 15 days approximately with one Pokemon from 0 Hearts). You can talk Customer Service if you wanted to change Buddy any day via WhatsApp chat.
